Shipping origin and carrier

Orders ship from Iowa, United States, using USPS. Shipping from the United States does not indicate where a product was manufactured.

Delivery area and charges

We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Available shipping options and any charges are displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is free for eligible delivery addresses.

Tracking and delivery

Order processing and carrier transit are separate stages. A shipping label or tracking number alone does not confirm that USPS has received a parcel. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holidays.

Delayed, damaged or missing parcels

Contact D.n.doingnothing@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage or missing contents, retain the packaging and take clear photos where possible. We will review the order and coordinate the next steps with the fulfillment provider or carrier as appropriate.
