Shipping Policy

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partner within 1–3 business days. Most items ship from a US warehouse and usually arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. A few items ship from an overseas warehouse and usually arrive 7–14 business days after dispatch; their product pages say so. Each product page shows the estimate for that item. Shipping origin does not indicate where a product was manufactured.

Made-to-order items
Items that are printed for your order, such as the blankets in our Waffle Collection, are printed in 3–5 business days and then usually arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch. For custom items, printing starts after you approve your proof. The product page shows the estimate for each item.

Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates
Available shipping options, any shipping charges and estimated delivery times depend on your delivery address and the items in your order, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Tracking information is sent when it becomes available. A shipping label or tracking number does not confirm that USPS has received the parcel; carrier scans can take additional time to appear.

Delivery area
We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii usually take longer than deliveries within the continental United States. We do not currently ship outside the United States. If an address cannot be served, it will not be offered at checkout.

Taxes
Any taxes that apply are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Delayed, damaged or missing parcels
Email hello@doingnothing.store with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage, incorrect items or missing contents, please keep the packaging and send clear photos or video. We review each case and coordinate next steps with the fulfillment provider or carrier as appropriate.

Address details
Please check your delivery address before placing an order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
