RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return window
We accept return requests submitted within 14 days after you receive your item.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Please include your order number when you contact us.

How to request a return
Email d.n.doingnothing@gmail.com within the 14-day return window with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will review the request and provide return instructions if it is approved.

Return shipping
For returns that are not caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. After we verify the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return or reshipment costs when applicable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
