This is a retractable dog leash in two lengths, 10 ft and 16 ft, with a reflective cord and twenty colourways.
The reflective thread is the part that matters. Most of a dog's walking year happens before sunrise or after sunset.
Brake and lock
Thumb on the paddle stops the cord where it is. Push it forward and it locks there, so you can shorten him up at a kerb and keep him there without holding the button.
Two lengths
10 ft for pavements and dogs who pull. 16 ft for open ground. Pick by where you walk, not by how big he is.
Reflective cord
Reflective thread is woven through the tape along its full length, so a car's headlights pick up the line between you and him, not just his collar.
A note on retractables
A retractable leash is for open space and calm dogs. For heavy pullers, traffic, or training, use a fixed lead.
