This website, www.doingnothing.store, is operated by Doing Nothing (“we”, “us”). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products and descriptions
We try to describe products, options, colors and measurements accurately using the information available to us, including supplier specifications and product photos. Colors can look different on different screens, and some measurements are approximate. If a detail matters to your purchase, email D.n.doingnothing@gmail.com before you order.
Prices, availability and orders
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices, options or availability at any time without notice. We may cancel or limit an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing or listing error is found; if a payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Shipping, taxes, returns and refunds
Shipping options, charges, delivery estimates and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Damaged, defective, incorrect and delivery issues, and returns (which require written authorization first), are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
Using products safely
Use products only as described in the product listing and any included instructions. Pet products are not substitutes for supervision, veterinary care or required pet restraints, and storage and furniture items are not designed to be sat, stood or climbed on.
Accounts and payment
You agree to provide accurate order, contact and payment information. Payments are processed by our checkout and payment providers; we do not ask for card details, passwords or identity documents by email.
