FAQ

Is it tall enough for a Bernese or a Lab?
Yes. 14" bowl height suits most large breeds (roughly 22–26" at the shoulder). For giant breeds over 27" it will sit a little low.

Can I use my own bowls?
The cut-outs fit the 9.3" bowls supplied. Standard 2-quart stainless bowls of a similar rim size will usually drop in.

Ships free from a US warehouse. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 2–7 days later by FedEx or UPS; tracking is emailed when available.

Arrived damaged, defective or wrong? Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. Changed your mind? Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery — contact us first for the return address. Any taxes that apply are calculated at checkout.
