Made to order, so we can't take change-of-mind returns, and we print the name exactly as typed. If it arrives misprinted or damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you.

How long does delivery take?
Made to order and shipped free in the US. We email you a proof within 2 business days of getting your photo. After you approve the proof, your blanket is printed in 4–7 business days (up to 12 in November–December), then takes 2–5 business days to arrive. Tracking is emailed when available.
What if something is wrong when it arrives?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll send a refund or a replacement. You don't need to send it back. We can't accept change-of-mind returns, so please check the size before you order.
