This is a mesh vest harness with a matching leash, with a bear face on the chest, in five sizes from a 12.6 in (32 cm) chest up to 24.4 in (62 cm).
A collar on a small dog puts everything he pulls against into his throat, and a small dog pulls against everything. This one spreads it across his chest instead.
Measure his chest, not his weight
Five sizes and each one is a chest range, so you can check it with a tape instead of guessing from the breed. 12.6 to 14.2, 14.2 to 16.5, 15.7 to 18.1, 17.3 to 20.5 and 19.7 to 24.4 in (32 to 36, 36 to 42, 40 to 46, 44 to 52 and 50 to 62 cm).
The leash comes with it

How long is the leash?
The leash is 4.9 ft (150 cm) on every size. It is 0.6 in (1.5 cm) wide on XS and S and 0.8 in (2 cm) wide on M, L and XL.
Is it adjustable?
Both straps are. The neck strap has a side-release buckle and a slider, and the strap behind the front legs has a second slider. The lead clips to a double D-ring at the top.
What chest and weight does each size fit?
Measure round his chest behind the front legs. XS is 12.6 to 14.2 in (32 to 36 cm) and about 2.2 to 3.3 lb (1.0 to 1.5 kg). S is 14.2 to 16.5 in (36 to 42 cm), 3.3 to 7.7 lb (1.5 to 3.5 kg). M is 15.7 to 18.1 in (40 to 46 cm), 7.7 to 14.3 lb (3.5 to 6.5 kg). L is 17.3 to 20.5 in (44 to 52 cm), 15.4 to 22 lb (7 to 10 kg). XL is 19.7 to 24.4 in (50 to 62 cm), 22 to 30.9 lb (10 to 14 kg).
