HOW TO USE
Add suitable dry treats, follow the product controls shown in the product images, and keep fingers clear of the opening during use. Start with short sessions and stop if your pet shows discomfort.
CARE & SAFETY
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and allow to dry before refilling. Inspect before each use. Remove the toy if it becomes damaged or if loose pieces appear. This is a pet activity accessory, not a chew toy or a substitute for supervision.
Shipping, returns & taxes
Orders ship from Iowa via USPS. Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates depend on your address and items and are shown at checkout.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email D.n.doingnothing@gmail.com with your order number and photos or video of the item and packaging so we can review it. Returns need written authorization before anything is sent back.
Any taxes that apply are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

How long does delivery take?
Standard US shipping is free. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and most arrive 7–14 days after that; some take up to 3 weeks. Tracking is emailed when available.
What if something is wrong when it arrives?
Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. Changed your mind? Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery — contact us first for the return address.
