This listing sells four separate walking pieces one at a time, not as a set: a PVC-coated collar, a PVC-coated leash, a padded air-mesh harness, and a small plastic bag holder. Whatever you pick in the option list is the one item you get.
The collar you can hose off is the one that survives the walk that ends in a creek. Coated webbing does not hold the smell of the thing he rolled in, which is the whole reason people buy this style.
The collar: coated webbing, metal pin buckle, plastic D-ring
Three sizes by neck: 7.9-11.8 in (20-30 cm), 11.8-15.7 in (30-40 cm) and 15.7-19.7 in (40-50 cm). The strap is 0.75 in (1.9 cm) wide in the two smaller sizes and 1 in (2.5 cm) in the largest, 0.14 in (0.35 cm) thick throughout. The buckle is metal. The D-ring the tag and leash hang from is plastic, not metal, and the supplier says so on its own detail photo.
The leash: two swivel clips, one length per size
61 in (155 cm) overall in the small size and 71 in (180 cm) in the medium and large, measured with the clips included. Width follows the collar: 0.75 in (1.9 cm), 0.75 in, then 1 in (2.5 cm). Same coated webbing, same 0.14 in (0.35 cm) thickness.
The harness is a different material from the collar and leash
It is air-layer mesh with padded chest and belly panels, adjustable polyester webbing, a side-release buckle and a plastic D-ring. It is not coated and it does not wipe down the way the collar does. The supplier lists it as sweat-absorbing and breathable.
The bag holder carries no bags
A small plastic cylinder on an elastic loop. The supplier option names say it comes without a roll of bags in it, so plan on your own. It comes in ten colours; the collar, leash and harness come in nine.
Colours
Yellow, purple, pink, blue, black, green, red, moonlight blue and brown across the collar, leash and harness. The bag holder swaps moonlight blue and brown for grey and dark blue and adds a tenth.

Is the D-ring metal?
No. On both the collar and the harness it is moulded plastic. The buckle on the collar is metal.
What is the coating?
PVC over polyester webbing, on the collar and the leash only. The harness is air-layer mesh and the bag holder is moulded plastic.
How heavy is each piece?
Collar 0.13, 0.15 and 0.22 lb (60, 70 and 100 g) by size. Leash 0.44, 0.46 and 0.71 lb (200, 210 and 320 g). Harness 0.31, 0.49 and 0.53 lb (140, 220 and 240 g). The bag holder is not on the supplier's weight table.
