This is a retractable dog leash in 10 ft and 16 ft, with an ABS housing and a one-touch brake. It comes in two handle shapes and eight colourways.
A short lead is for the pavement and a long one is for the field. A retractable is both, if you use the brake.
One-touch brake
Press the button and the cord stops where it is. Slide it forward and it stays locked, so your thumb is free at the kerb.
Two handle shapes
The paw-print handle is the compact one. The storage handle has a small built-in compartment. Both use the same cord and brake.
Two lengths
10 ft (3 m) for streets and small dogs. 16 ft (5 m) for open ground. This leash is built for small and medium dogs, not heavy pullers.
A note on retractables
Use a fixed lead near traffic and for training. A retractable is for calm dogs and open space.
