FAQ

Will it fit my crate?
It is 47" long, so it fits a 48" crate with a little give. Measure the inside of yours first.

Is it actually cooling?
The top fabric feels cooler to the touch than plush; it does not actively cool. For hot days, put it on a hard floor rather than carpet.

Ships free from a US warehouse. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 2–7 days later by FedEx or UPS; tracking is emailed when available.

Arrived damaged, defective or wrong? Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. Changed your mind? Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery — contact us first for the return address. Any taxes that apply are calculated at checkout.
